Quick Ziti

Serves: 4
Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
-      300 grams penne
-      300 grams minced meat (50% beef, 50% pork)
-      1 tub Food Fellows Pasta Sauce
-      150 grams ricotta
-      100 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
-      handful fresh parsley
-      15 grams fresh basil
-      100 grams of grated mozzarella
-      salt and pepper
You'll also need: large oven dish

Preparation:
1.       Pre-heat the oven to 180 °C.
2.      Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain the pasta.
3.      Heat a little butter or oil in a large frying pan and brown the minced meat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4.      Mix the mince with the Food Fellows pasta sauce, the ricotta, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Stir in half of the fresh parsley and half of the fresh basil. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
5.      Stir the pasta through the pasta sauce and transfer half of the pasta into a large oven dish. Cover with half of the grated mozzarella. Then transfer the remaining pasta to the oven dish and cover with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
6.      Bake this quick ziti in the oven for 20 minutes until the crust is a lovely shade of golden brown. Serve with extra basil if desired.
