Pasta All'Arabiata

Serves: 4
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
-      2 garlic cloves
-      1 red chilli pepper
-      1 tub of Food Fellows Easy Pasta Sauce
-      1 tsp dried oregano
-      300 grams penne
-      salt and pepper
-      optional: dried chilli pepper to serve

Preparation:
1.      Finely chop or crush the garlic. Also finely chop the red chilli pepper.
2.      Add a little olive oil to a large frying pan or sauté pan and heat on medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, add the garlic and red chilli pepper and fry briefly.
3.      Add the Food Fellows Easy Pasta Sauce and the oregano and stir. Bring to the boil and then turn the heat down. Simmer over low heat.
4.      Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.
5.      Once the pasta is cooked, drain, and add to the pasta sauce.
6.      Stir well, season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.

Serve the pasta with a green salad. If you like it spicy, sprinkle a little of the dried chilli peppers over your pasta.
