Gnocchi

Serves: 4
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
-      1 onion, finely chopped
-      1 garlic clove, finely chopped
-      300 grams spinach, coarsely torn
-      1 tub Easy Pasta Sauce
-      500 grams gnocchi
-      100 – 150 ml single cream
-      1 ball mozzarella
-      15 grams fresh basil
-      salt and pepper
-      oil or olive oil for cooking

Preparation:
1.      Heat a little oil or olive oil in a large frying pan on medium-high heat and gently fry the onion and garlic for a few minutes.
2.      Turn down the heat and add the spinach in batches. Allow the spinach to shrink.
3.      Add the Easy Pasta Sauce and turn down the heat to low. Stir thoroughly.
4.      Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packaging.
5.      Once the gnocchi is cooked, add it to the pan together with the single cream and stir well. Turn off the heat.
6.      Season the quick gnocchi with spinach to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve the gnocchi with mozzarella and fresh basil.
